CorroHealth, Inc. is hiring a Registration Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience through accurate registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and collection of patient payments.

You will support efficient hospital or clinic operations while maintaining patient confidentiality and excellent customer service, with remote work for Hawaii/West Coast in Hawaii time zone and schedule Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Hawaii Time Zone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Healthcare registration or medical office experience preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and insurance verification processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, updating demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments.
• Collect copayments and patient balances.
• Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and direct requests appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
