Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking a Registration Representative for its Business Office to serve as the first point of contact for patients and ensure accurate registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient payments. This role supports Revenue Cycle operations and patient confidentiality.

The position is hybrid: two days onsite at Kuakini Medical Center in Honolulu, with remote work for the remainder. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Healthcare registration or medical office experience preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and insurance verification processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, updating demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments.
• Collect copayments and patient balances.
• Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and direct requests appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
