You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, collect payments, and maintain accurate EHR records to support Revenue Cycle operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Healthcare registration or medical office experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register patients, updating demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments.
• Collect copayments and patient balances.
• Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and direct requests appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
