Job summary

PRO-spectus is seeking a Manager, Patient Services to oversee case management operations and team performance across time zones. You will coordinate with clients, clinicians, and internal leaders to improve processes, quality, and outcomes in a remote environment.

Responsibilities include staffing, hiring, training, performance management, policy implementation, and cross-department collaboration to support program launches and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare settings, pharmacy, healthcare insurance or related field with customer service focus.
• 2–4 years of healthcare-related experience preferred.
• College degree (bachelor’s or associate) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight and guidance to the team, assess productivity and quality, and report to senior leadership on activities and opportunities for improvement.
• Liaise between the program, client, and providers to streamline communication and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Recruitment, hiring, interviewing, training, coaching, development and performance management of staff.
• Collaborate across departments to support launches and program expansions to meet objectives.
• Support development and implementation of policies and procedures for new and existing programs.
• Support management on staffing, work across time zones, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Lead meetings and provide updates to leadership and project managers.
• Ensure staffing needs are met and manage timekeeping and PTO approvals.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop professional skills.
• Perform other duties as necessary for the program.
