Job summary

PRO-spectus is seeking a Clinical Navigator to provide remote patient support for oncology/infusion programs. You will conduct outreach, deliver program-approved education, and coordinate with care teams to support treatment adherence.

The role requires a current clinical license, excellent communication, and experience with telehealth. This remote position spans US time zones with potential travel for training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Current, unrestricted professional license applicable to the assigned program (e.g., LPN/LVN, RN, NP, PA, SLP, OT/COTA, PT/PTA, PharmD).
• 2+ years of relevant experience in direct patient care, patient education, clinical navigation, care coordination, or related areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured outreach to patients and caregivers at designated points in the treatment journey.
• Provide program-approved education regarding treatment, preparation, administration, and adherence resources.
• Identify barriers to treatment initiation/continuation and develop practical strategies within scope.
• Identify barriers that may lead to missed treatment or nonadherence.
• Support within scope and route issues requiring clinical decision-making to the appropriate provider.
• Recognize urgent or potentially serious clinical concerns per program protocols.
• Identify and report adverse events and other reportable information within required timelines.
• Escalate clinical questions to the treating provider as needed.
• Coordinate communication across authorized stakeholders per privacy standards.
• Document outreach efforts, education provided, and outcomes accurately.
• Manage an assigned caseload meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Maintain knowledge of products, disease states, and program resources.
