United Biosource Corporation (UBC) is seeking a Program Manager for Pharmacy HUB Operations. This role oversees day-to-day program activities, staffing, and cross-functional collaboration across operations and patient outreach.

Responsibilities include budget adherence, policy execution, KPI tracking, and regular communication with clients. Travel up to 50% may be required, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and program efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Patient Outreach or program experience (Field Manager or higher)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to travel 40–50%
• Strong planning and prioritization
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication
• Experience with patient advocacy organizations preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage program(s) per scope of work within the contracted budget
• Oversee day-to-day activity of program operations and staff
• Coordinate with internal and client training departments to reflect patient insights
• Develop and implement policies/procedures with Senior Manager/Director
• Provide KPI development and monthly performance updates to leadership
• Present program information to internal and external customers
• Supervise training resources and field operations personnel
• Support logistical deployment and tracking of equipment
