HCA Healthcare is seeking a Remote Customer Service Call Center Agent to join our Parallon team. This home-based role handles patient inquiries, reviews accounts, and supports payment resolution with a professional, compassionate approach.

Candidates should have at least one year of customer service experience, call center exposure preferred, and the ability to work primarily on the phone. Training provided; remote work from within 60 miles of an HCA hospital is a requirement.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year customer service experience required in a role handling inquiries or receipts.
• Previous call center experience preferred in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with customers by phone or digitally to gather information and resolve inquiries.
• Review patient account information in systems and take actions to resolve inquiries and balances.
• Document inquiries and actions in the appropriate systems.
• Update or add insurance or demographic information and request rebill when needed.
• Work with patients/guarantors to secure payment using secured methods.
• Escalate complaints to the appropriate department as needed.
• Maintain a professional attitude and create a positive patient experience.
• Follow CSO guidelines, meet performance metrics, and adhere to compliance.
