Parexel is seeking a Manager, Patient Safety Operations to join our team in a remote capacity. You will lead Patient Safety staff, ensure timelines, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects, and communicate with clients to address questions and escalations.

In this role, you will oversee safety processes, coach staff, manage budgets, forecast resources, and contribute to process improvements. You will stay current with ICH, GVP, and local regulations while supporting audits and safety

Formación

• Extensive pharmacovigilance operations knowledge and client interaction experience.
• Experience coaching and developing staff and managing projects.
• Understanding of ICH, CIOMS, GVP and pharmacovigilance requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Patient Safety staff, allocate budgets and resources.
• Guide daily performance, coach, and address performance issues.
• Ensure work meets SLAs, KPIs, quality, compliance and training.
• Oversee safety processes, respond to client queries and escalations.
• Support pharmacovigilance automation tools and digital solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations, support audits and inspections.
