Parexel in the United States is seeking a Manager, Patient Safety Operations (Pharmacovigilance Operations Manager) to lead and develop the Patient Safety team on assigned projects in a remote capacity. You will oversee day-to-day performance, ensure SLAs and KPIs, coordinate with clients, and drive process improvements while maintaining compliance with ICH/GVP and Parexel SOPs.

Formación

• Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Science, or equivalent.
• People management experience.
• Experience working with clients.
• Working knowledge of pharmacovigilance operations and clinical research methodologies.
• Excellent clinical, regulatory, and medical Safety Services knowledge.
• Understanding of ICH, CIOMS, GVP, and basic pharmacovigilance requirements.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop Patient Safety staff, delegate work according to budgets and coordinates staffing needs.
• Guide day-to-day team performance, create development plans, provide coaching and training.
• Ensure assigned work meets SLAs and KPIs for quality, compliance, and training.
• Provide functional expertise and oversight for Patient Safety processes, respond to queries, support urgent workload.
• Execute Patient Safety activities aligned with team objectives and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and Parexel SOPs; support audits and risk mitigation.
• Manage project budgets, forecast resource needs, track performance metrics, and manage client expectations.
• Maintain client interactions and provide periodic project updates to Senior Management.
• Coordinate team activities, review timesheets, communicate decisions and policies, collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in pharmacovigilance automation tools and digital solutions implementation, training, and performance analysis.
• Assess emerging technologies and contribute to innovation roadmaps for safety workflows.
