You will lead Patient Safety staff, ensuring quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance across projects, while maintaining client interactions and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will oversee safety processes, budgets, audits, and technology-enabled workflows, contributing to safety services essential to clinical research and patient protection.

Qualifications

• Excellent clinical, regulatory, and medical Safety Services knowledge.
• Working knowledge of pharmacovigilance operations and clinical research methodologies.
• People management experience and ability to coach and develop staff.
• Experience interacting professionally with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Awareness of automation and AI applications in pharmacovigilance.
• Adaptable mindset with continuous improvement and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Patient Safety staff and allocate budgets.
• Guide day-to-day performance and provide coaching and training.
• Ensure work meets SLAs and KPIs for quality and compliance.
• Provide functional expertise and respond to team queries.
• Lead pharmacovigilance activities and resource plans.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and SOPs; support audits.
• Manage budgets, forecast resources, and escalate scope changes.
• Maintain client relations and provide project updates to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and timesheet reviews.
• Support pharmacovigilance automation tools and digital solutions.
