Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients remotely or at bedside to ensure safety.
• Verbally redirect patients and alert nursing staff when needed.
• Maintain patient dignity and privacy and follow hospital policies.
• Operate video monitoring software and document observations as required.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to identify and report safety concerns.
• Remain alert during long shifts and monitor multiple patients as assigned.
