Job summary

CorroHealth Inc is seeking a Patient Services Rep - Registration to join our Kailua-Kona, HI team. This onsite role handles patient registration and scheduling for hospital and physician services, ensuring accurate demographics and health plan information.

You will interact with patients, payers and providers, support insurance verification and authorizations, and maintain compliant documentation in the patient accounting system while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Access Registration or front office physician healthcare experience.
• Minimum 3 years in hospital or physician operation.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient registration and scheduling for hospital/physician services.
• Verify health plan coverage and document patient demographics accurately.
• Support insurance verification and authorizations; communicate with patients, payers and providers.
• Maintain compliant documentation in patient accounting systems; adhere to HIPAA and related regulations.
