Community Health Center, Inc. seeks an AOU Call Specialist to drive outreach and enrollment for the All of Us program. You will engage diverse populations, explain study details, obtain consent, and coordinate with the research team on schedules and retention activities.

The role supports remote or hybrid work in the US and requires strong communication, documentation and adaptability to evolving protocols.

Formación

• Associates degree or high school diploma/GED plus 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to documentation.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred; ability to engage diverse populations.
• Familiarity with public health research concepts and protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outreach, enrollment and retention activities for All of Us.
• Screen patients for eligibility and enroll in studies, obtain informed consent.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with research teams and advisory boards.
• Administer surveys and record data; monitor outreach effectiveness.
