Job summary

The Moses/Weitzman Health System is seeking an AoU Call Specialist – Outreach to join the Patient Engagement Team. The role focuses on outreach, enrollment and retention activities for the All of Us research program with occasional research tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities include conducting outreach, screening and enrolling participants, explaining the program, obtaining informed consent, and coordinating with the research team. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain documentation.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use outreach, engagement and recruitment methods to drive enrollment and retention rates.
• Identify, engage and screen patients for eligibility and enroll them in All of Us or ancillary studies.
• Provide patients with overview of the program and answer questions.
• Use the Teach Back Method to assess understanding.
• Use Motivational Interviewing to build rapport with patients.
• Obtain informed consent for IRB approved protocols.
• Administer surveys and record data.
• Use data to assess effectiveness of outreach strategies.
• Schedule appointments for enrollment and retention activities.
• Conduct daily outreach by phone and occasional email.
