Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Customer Operations & Patient Support Manager to remotely support treatment centers, patients, and caregivers across the United States, coordinating order logistics and patient services while ensuring exceptional service.

You will collaborate with cell therapy operations, supply chain, manufacturing, QA, and regulatory teams, while training hospital staff on Patient Support Services and Ordering Procedures; travel may be required to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years in customer support or patient-facing experience preferred.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry and healthcare business services.

Responsibilities

• Supports end-to-end order management and patient support for all treatment centers in assigned US geography.
• Acts as single point of contact for inquiries on order logistics and patient services.
• Collaborates with cell therapy, supply chain, manufacturing, QA, legal, regulatory, and commercial teams.
• Contributes to innovative solutions for better customer experience and efficiency.
• Recognizes and processes Potential Adverse Events per Novartis training.
• Facilitates training for hospital account teams on Patient Support Services and Ordering Procedures.
• Manages all Patient Services requests for assigned accounts with timely response.
• Builds relationships with treatment center staff to understand patient journeys.
• Communicates patient outcomes to patients and caregivers.
