Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated Onboarding Associate to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls, scheduling, and coordinating with providers to ensure smooth care delivery.

This part-time role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently from a home office. Prior call center or office admin experience is preferred, and eligibility to work in the US is required.

Qualifications

• Office Admin experience, 1 year required.
• Call/Contact center or other high call volume experience, 1 year preferred.
• Proficient with Google Suite.
• Must be able to work in the US without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, metrics-driven call center environment.
• Manage patient registration, scheduling, rescheduling, and provider communications.
• Accurately collect and document patient demographics, medical history, insurance, and appointment information.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails while providing empathetic, solution-focused support.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to perform data entry, screen sharing, and patient guidance.
