Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking physical therapists to provide one-on-one outpatient care in patients’ homes. You will set your own schedule, with Luna matching you to nearby patients typically within a short drive. Documentation is quick via the Luna app, and you’ll treat a single patient per visit with no overlap.

This role supports geriatrics, home health, neurology, orthopedics and sports medicine, with bonuses and incentives offered. Work locations are on the road.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Liability insurance coverage is required.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
