Responsibilities include billing, customer service, EOB interpretation, and payer communication to resolve outstanding balances. Prior experience in healthcare AR is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Preferred: Accounts Receivable and insurance follow-up in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on accounts receivable and insurance collections to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Review EOBs, resolve denials, and post payments.
• Respond to patient and payer inquiries and document activity in the system.
• Maintain billing guidelines and payer-specific rules.
