Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Patient Financial Representative II to join the high dollar collections team from a remote Florida location. You will handle billing, collections, customer service, and cash applications while ensuring adherence to payer guidelines and privacy standards.

The role requires strong administrative skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and proficiency with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with a supportive team to improve throughput and resolve payer inquiries
