Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks a Patient Engagement Representative to support pharmacists delivering medication management services in a call center setting. This national remote role requires 2+ years of customer service experience and may involve overtime; training is provided.

You will contact patients, document call activity, and engage patients in program participation while maintaining confidentiality and professional communication with providers and team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts outreach to qualified patients in a confidential manner with strict adherence to policies and procedures.
• Articulates clinical services effectively, leading to patient engagement and program participation.
• Performs data entry and complete written documentation of calls.
• Maintains department productivity levels for customer satisfaction and performance goals.
• Communicates positively and professionally with patients, providers, and team members.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls via an auto-dialer system.
• Completes administrative duties to include processing mail and faxes.
• Performs other projects and activities as assigned to ensure continuous service.
