You will manage high-volume calls, collect medical history, explain eligibility, and document interactions using Outlook, SharePoint, RingCentral, Slack, and Teams. Strong communication and medical terminology skills are essential, with GCP certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a healthcare call center or clinical research setting.
• Clear written and verbal communication to explain medical concepts.
• Experience with remote communication tools and documentation.
• GCP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pre-screen high-volume inbound/outbound calls to assess eligibility.
• Explain trial purpose and criteria to potential participants.
• Use medical terminology to assess information for eligibility.
• Document patient interactions and outcomes with remote tools.
• Meet KPIs related to referrals and funnel outcomes.
• Participate in remote training and stay updated on protocols.
