Job summary

Family Care Center is hiring a Patient Collections Supervisor for a remote role across the United States. You will oversee the Patient Collections team, manage inbound/outbound calls and tickets related to billing, and ensure timely, accurate, and compassionate service.

The position reports to the Director, Revenue Recovery and supports regulatory compliance. Minimum qualifications include 5 years in healthcare patient collections or related fields, and 1 year supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in healthcare patient collections or related fields.
• Supervisory or lead experience required (minimum 1 year).
• Experience with EHR and billing systems is required; call center or ticketing platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound patient calls, tickets, and billing inquiries.
• Lead and develop the Patient Collections team and monitor performance.
• Establish and monitor payment plans to settle balances within policy guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Patient Financial Advocate on financial assistance referrals.
• Report KPIs and trends to the Director, Revenue Recovery; support training initiatives.
