The position emphasizes high-volume AR experience, strong customer service orientation, and collaboration with the Private Collections team to maximize revenue and minimize bad debt.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience is required.
• Experience working in a high-volume environment is required.
• Must have a customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Report to Manager, Private Collections.
• Manage Accounts Receivable for non-delinquent and non-estate accounts to improve Days of Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Research and verify all new patient responsible person information.
• Contact patient or responsible party to present payment options.
• Monitor Cash Receipts Journal for payments.
• Transition accounts for Estate, Probate or Bankruptcy changes to designee.
