Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience required.
• Experience working in a high-volume environment is required.
• Must have a customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Report to Manager, Private Collections.
• Manage Accounts Receivable for non-delinquent and non-estate accounts to improve DSO and collection ratios.
• Research and verify all new patient responsible person information.
• Contact patient or responsible party to discuss payments and options.
• Monitor Cash Receipts Journal for payments.
• Transition accounts for Estate, Probate or Bankruptcy changes to designee.
