The Ruscio Institute is seeking an experienced, clinically knowledgeable professional with a strong background in functional or integrative medicine. This Fully Remote (U.S.), Full-Time role focuses on patient support, charting, and coordinating with providers to ensure a seamless care journey.

You will respond to patient inquiries, explain provider-directed recommendations, and help patients stay informed and engaged.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of direct patient-facing experience in functional or integrative medicine.
• Strong written and verbal communication with patients.
• Ability to work remotely with a consistent schedule.
• Experience with electronic medical records and remote healthcare tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide knowledgeable, timely patient support between visits.
• Explain provider-directed recommendations clearly and escalate when needed.
• Review and explain patient education materials.
• Support patient onboarding and engagement to improve retention.
• Maintain accurate charting and organize information for providers.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to ensure coordinated care.
