Integrated Connections is seeking a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a remote, part-time role in a virtual care clinic. The position offers approximately 10–15 hours per week to start, with a pathway to full-time as the panel expands.

You will provide patient-centered virtual care, focusing on functional medicine, and can develop a continuing patient panel while collaborating with a national provider network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Education and experience in functional medicine.
• This position requires opting out of Medicare.
• Experience in medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, and gut health.
• Interest in working with women’s health focused on recurrent UTIs and interstitial cystitis, training will be provided.
• Interest in complex chronic conditions and root-cause approaches to care.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and independent clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
