Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure as NP or PA.
• Clinical experience or formal training in Functional/Integrative/Lifestyle Medicine preferred.
• Strong understanding of nutrition and evidence-informed supplementation.
• Ability to interpret biomarkers and explain health data clearly.
• Excellent virtual communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual functional wellness consultations using a whole-person approach.
• Interpret biomarkers and health data within professional scope.
• Develop individualized wellness plans emphasizing nutrition, lifestyle, stress management, movement and sleep.
• Educate members on physiology, nutrition, behavior, environment and health outcomes.
• Provide nutraceutical and lifestyle guidance aligned with evidence and functional medicine principles.
• Review progress and provide long-term wellness support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians for coordinated care.
• Empower members to participate in their health journey.
• Recognize when conventional medical evaluation is needed and refer appropriately.
