Texas Health Resources, Inc. is seeking a Patient Account Representative II / Third Party to join our remote contact center in Arlington, TX, with onsite training as needed.

This full-time role focuses on insurance verification, eligibility and benefits, and collaboration with management on process improvements. You will handle trending, reporting, and workload coordination, aiming for high accuracy and timely responses while maintaining productivity targets in a fast-paced, high-volume

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least six months of experience in hospital business operations accounts receivable is required.

Responsibilities

• Insurance verification, eligibility and benefits.
• Assist management with trending, tracking, reporting, and process improvement.
• Verify, load and monitor commercial and miscellaneous coverage reported by customer service, ECI, Medlytix and bad debt agencies.
• Organize and coordinate workflow and meet deadlines while adapting to changes in processes.
• Maintain productivity standard of 250 accounts per week; target Quality Review score of 3.0; scores below 2.7 considered below average.
• Pull weekly reports for vendor review and keep information organized and accessible.
• Identify trends in insurance eligibility/verification and escalate to management for corrections as needed.
• Timely escalation of issues to supervisor or management.
