Qualifications

• High school diploma or Associate's degree required; 3+ years in revenue cycle or healthcare financial services preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily billing and follow-up for a PBS location; document claims and payments.
• Identify and escalate issues affecting billing accuracy; communicate with payers and hospital departments.
• Research and resolve claim rejections and delays; ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
