TEKsystems is seeking a Patient Billing Representative for a fully remote role supporting a healthcare organization and an Epic transition. You will assist patients with billing questions, EOBs, deductibles, and insurance inquiries while delivering compassionate service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare billing or customer service and 2+ years of Epic experience, and can work independently. This is a contract position with pay at $20/hour and eligibility for standard benefits where

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare billing or customer service experience.
• 2+ years of Epic experience within revenue cycle/business office operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with billing, EOB, deductible, Medicare, and insurance questions.
• Research accounts, resolve basic billing issues, and update insurance information.
• Handle high-volume calls while providing compassionate customer service.
