Assist patients with billing, EOB, deductible, Medicare, and insurance questions.
Research accounts, resolve basic billing issues, and update insurance information.
Handle high-volume calls while providing compassionate customer service.
2+ years of healthcare billing/customer service experience.
2+ years of Epic experience within revenue cycle/business office operations.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
Fully remote opportunity in select states.

Pay: $20/hour
This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
