Ovation Healthcare is seeking a Patient Account Resolution Specialist for a remote CST role. The position involves handling high volumes of patient inquiries, performing collections, and reviewing billing accuracy while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience, familiarity with billing/revenue cycle, and the ability to type 35 WPM with solid multitasking skills. Remote work is offered with standard office hours.

Competenze

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
• Prior negotiations, sales, or collections experience preferred.
• Exposure to medical billing/revenue cycle a plus.

Mansioni

• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls with focus on first-call resolution.
• Conduct daily collections efforts on patient balances and meet collection goals.
• Review accounts for billing accuracy and initiate rebill or corrections as needed.
• Access and update patient data in systems to respond to inquiries and document interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes and follow up as needed.
