Responsibilities

• Handle 75+ inbound and outbound calls daily for patient inquiries.
• Conduct daily collections on patient balances to meet goals.
• Review accounts for billing accuracy and rebill or resolve discrepancies.
• Access and update software to retrieve or modify account information.
• Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and statuses.
• Strive for high first-call resolution with professional communication.
• Provide excellent customer service and document KPI performance.
