Responsibilities

• Resolve claim edits and payer rejections/denials; perform necessary appeals.
• Review payer variances and pursue underpayments to payers.
• Post payments and related adjustments in Epic; reconcile batches.
• Resolve credit balances and perform basic charge corrections.
• Perform retroactive eligibility checks and registration tasks when needed.
• Communicate professionally with PFS staff, payers, and patients.
• Maintain confidentiality and meet productivity goals.
