Formación

• 1+ year of experience in healthcare, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and reliable internet connection.
• Healthcare certification is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for patients via phone and secure messaging.
• Help patients understand healthcare processes and coordinate services.
• Document interactions accurately in EMR/EHR systems.
