Responsabilidades

• Processes all insurance claims while adhering to billing and compliance policies to ensure timely filing and cash flow of accounts receivable.
• Collects on accounts receivable and past due accounts and sets up payment plans.
• Provides excellent customer service so patients feel welcome and have a positive first impression.
• Develops and maintains good relationships with patients, coworkers and insurance companies to assure quality customer service satisfaction.
