Accendra Health is seeking an organized Individual Contributor to deliver exceptional patient and provider support from a remote US-based setting. You will provide product information, solutions and timely communications to ensure patients feel heard and valued.

Key duties include supporting field teams with feedback, addressing common issues, and helping improve the patient experience while upholding our company values and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years' experience in healthcare/health insurance industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize our customers and turn disgruntled patients into our biggest fans.
• Support Field teams, Operations and Sales with timely feedback to enhance patient experiences.
• Problem-solve common complaints and flag trends for preventative action.
• Proactively create a better patient experience.
• Champion the employee experience and drive company culture.
• Assist development and implementation of employee programs aligned with core values.
