Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain pain management surgery authorizations.
• Verify demographics and insurance information of patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility using payer tools.
• Obtain all authorizations and referrals for surgical visits.
• Determine patient co-pays, deductibles, and scheduling.
• Collect on surgical pre-payments and obtain overrides when needed.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
