• No experience required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• CHAA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize critical thinking to problem solve, respond professionally to patients and families, and maintain accurate MPI records to maximize reimbursements and minimize denials.
• Register and schedule patients, verify insurance, scan and retrieve documents, and ensure orders are complete and properly signed for accurate records.
• Understand and enforce HIPAA, MSP, Patient Bill of Rights, Advance Directives, Consent to Treat, EMTALA, and JCAHO requirements to maintain compliance.
