Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prefer Associate's Degree.
• CHAA certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and HIPAA privacy standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule in multiple systems with accuracy while verifying identity and insurance.
• Collect demographics and insurance information; explain financial responsibilities and collect payments as needed.
• Provide clear prep instructions for procedures and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Adhere to MSP, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements; maintain patient records and confidentiality.
