Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Cadence and related scheduling modules.
• ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Ambulatory or Surgery scheduling experience is required.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills for data insights.
• Ability to design and maintain decision trees and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and provide functional/technical support for access optimization initiatives.
• Assist with analysis, solutioning, documentation, and implementation of Epic-build related functions.
• Communicate with stakeholders through meetings and written presentations.
• Manage small to medium projects to ensure successful rollout.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and research skills.
• Maintain strong relationships across organizational levels.
