Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Patient Access Optimization Analyst to configure and provide functional and technical support for access optimization initiatives, and to assist with analysis, solutioning, documentation, and implementation of Epic-build related functions.

This remote role expects strong communication, project independence, and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, with hours 8AM–5PM Central Time and a pay range of $35.44–$54.94 per hour depending on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• 5 years of experience in Epic or healthcare optimization projects.
• Ambulatory and/or Surgery scheduling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate information professionally to stakeholders in meetings and written presentations.
• Manage small to medium projects to ensure successful implementation.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Perform analytics and advanced research to support access optimization.
• Organize work to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Collaborate with teams and build relationships across levels.
