Qualifications

• Two years of healthcare office experience required.
• Experience with pre-certification and prior authorization.
• Strong knowledge of insurance terms and CPT codes.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and coordinate pre-certification and prior authorization with insurance companies and care teams.
• Review patient schedules and treatment plans to establish financial responsibility.
• Explain insurance benefits and patient fiscal responsibilities; arrange payment plans and assistance when needed.
• Assist patients with applications for financial aid and grant-funded programs.
