Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in data processing, hospital registration, insurance verification and insurance pre- certification/authorization.
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical orders and research insurance coverage to develop financial estimates for BMT patients and families.
• Verify insurance benefits including carve-outs and pre-certifications.
• Acquire referrals and authorizations for all BMT services.
• Provide financial counseling to patients by phone or email.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure accurate cost projections and timely communications.
