Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative for a fully remote, full-time role. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, collect copays, and manage referrals while maintaining accurate EPIC records and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Strong customer service, clear communication, and proficiency with EPIC/Office tools are essential. Prior front desk or medical office experience is preferred to support smooth front desk operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Receptionist/front desk experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients during check-in and check-out and assist with scheduling.
• Coordinate provider schedules to optimize appointment availability.
• Update patient demographics and verify insurance in EPIC.
• Collect copayments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions.
• Answer multi-line phone system, route inquiries, and confirm appointments.
