Responsibilities include monitoring AI interactions, taking over when needed, documenting thoroughly, and coordinating with healthcare providers and insurance agents.

Qualifications

• Proven data entry and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience navigating multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
• Customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AI-led agent conversations for accuracy and continuity.
• Guide AI interactions by selecting prompts, responses, and next steps during live calls.
• Take over calls when AI cannot respond or human interaction is required.
• Review notes and pick up where left off to maintain a seamless experience.
• Document insurance verification details and prior authorization information.
• Update internal systems with complete information and close cases accurately.
• Manage inbound and outbound call workflows with consistency and quality.
