Talentify is seeking a Client Support Representative to operate as an AI Patient Access Specialist in a remote US-based role. You will monitor AI-led conversations, guide prompts, and take over calls when needed, ensuring accurate insurance verification and prior authorization follow-up.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, strong data entry and communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while working independently in a healthcare coordination context.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient with basic computer use and Microsoft Office.
• Accurate data entry and documentation with strong attention to detail.
• Experience juggling multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently following defined workflows.
• Able to adapt to new AI tools and evolving processes.
• Comfort in healthcare environments, including insurance verification.
• Strong professionalism in phone-based interactions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AI-led conversations and guide AI prompts.
• Take over calls when human interaction is needed.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage.
• Gather and document prior authorization information.
• Maintain detailed notes and update internal systems.
• Manage inbound and outbound call workflows.
• Handle 10–20 calls per day with varying durations.
• Collaborate with AI systems in a human-in-the-loop setup.
• Provide high levels of customer service.
• Absorb information from notes and continue conversations.
