Job summary

Actalent seeks a Client Support Representative (AI Patient Access Specialist) for a fully remote role in the United States. You will monitor AI-led conversations, guide prompts, and take over calls to verify insurance, obtain prior authorizations, and ensure accurate documentation across systems.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong data entry and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven data entry and documentation skills with high accuracy.
• Experience navigating multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
• Customer service experience of at least 6 months.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing and entering information.
• High level of customer service and professionalism in phone-based interactions.
• Ability to work independently while following workflows.
• Follow directions and standardized procedures.
• Strong listening, comprehension, and verbal communication skills.
• Coachable and adaptable to new AI tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AI-led conversations between healthcare representatives and insurance agents.
• Guide AI by selecting prompts and next steps for complex reimbursement scenarios.
• Take over calls when AI cannot proceed or human interaction is required.
• Review notes and maintain seamless continuity across conversations.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage details.
• Document prior authorizations and follow up with agents to close tasks.
• Capture complete insurance verification information before concluding calls.
• Maintain detailed notes and update internal systems.
• Handle outbound and inbound call workflows with high accuracy and professionalism.
