Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Customer service experience of at least 6 months in a call center, client support, or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AI-led conversations between healthcare representatives and insurance agents for accuracy and continuity.
• Guide AI responses by selecting prompts and determining next steps during each call.
• Take over calls when AI cannot proceed or human intervention is needed.
• Review notes and continue conversations without missing details.
• Serve as the human-in-the-loop to improve AI navigation of healthcare processes.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage details with high accuracy.
• Gather and document prior authorization information and follow up with stakeholders.
• Conduct insurance verification and follow-up to capture complete information.
• Maintain detailed notes during and after conversations.
• Record verification and authorization details in internal systems clearly.
• Review information for completeness before closing interactions.
• Manage both outbound and inbound call workflows with quality and adherence to processes.
• Navigate multiple systems during calls to access and update information.
• Follow established workflows to ensure consistent handling of tasks.
