Job summary

Blue Kite Wellness in Wheaton, IL is seeking a Pathways Program Supervisor to provide clinical and operational leadership for the Illinois Pathways to Success program across IHBC, IHBS, Therapeutic Mentoring, and Family Peer Support teams.

You will supervise, coach, and support staff, guide case discussions and care planning, and ensure services meet Medicaid and program standards while collaborating with leadership and partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Current Illinois clinical licensure as an LCSW or LCPC (license‑eligible candidates may also be considered).
• Three to five years of experience with youth and families in behavioral health; at least one year in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational supervision, coaching, and mentorship to IHBC, IHBS, TM, and FPS teams.
• Conduct individual supervision, case consultations, coaching, and team meetings with feedback.
• Support employees with complex cases, crisis situations, clinical decision making, and family engagement barriers.
• Promote Pathways, Wraparound, trauma‑informed, and community‑based care consistent with program models.
• Review assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes for quality and compliance.
• Monitor Medicaid documentation, productivity, and service initiation timelines.
• Assign or redistribute caseloads based on qualifications and program needs.
• Participate in team meetings and care coordination.
• Complete intake sessions for new Pathways clients and support eligibility processes.
• Coordinate with schools, hospitals, crisis providers, and community partners.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and professional development of Pathways staff.
• Resolve documentation and scheduling concerns with Clinical Leadership, HR, and Operations.
• Support quality improvement and workflow changes.
